This issue keeps coming up, and then the person
discovers that his Web server software will let him
write the HTML output to a file, rather than standard output,
so he's content.

I'd like to do something about it, but I seem to recall there's some 
sort of complication. Maybe one of the several 
people with the source will give it a shot.
