Bug in dbf_eng.e

Dear List

I'm rewriting Berstein's dbf_eng.e. Will be called xbase.e.

The problem I found in the original is that the record count after writes
was not being committed to the .dbf.

I can send the fixed version of dbf_eng.e if anyone's interested.

Hoping to include some handling for indexes but I'm not intellectually
capable of doing .NTX/.NDX so I'll probably hack up an ISAM-alike instead.
