Hi MrTrik,
   Yes, it's possible to make cgi with most of programming languages, I
made one with batch a long time ago..
   I'd a news page a long time ago working with cgi's made in euphoria.
   Well, a lot of people tried to make a cgi without success, and I
remembering having a lot of troubles at the beggining. No more than
that =(
   Actually there're two libs for doing cgi in eu4 look for cgi in the
archives.
