CGI scripts?

I have recently made up my mind to figure out exactly how web pages fit
together...
This necessitated my learning html, javascript etc..
Now I have not gotten that far down the track (I'm not stuck, it's just that
I started yesterday), and something occured to me.

1.Is it possible to make cgi programs in Euphoria?

2.Has it been done before?

3.Does someone want to tell me how it's done?
