Because the original disk is IE3.x, win95B, released in 1995, with no Y2K 
bug fixes. Nearly every version of every program/dll would be incorrect. Plus, 
it would trash all the good links remaining in the registry when it overwrote
it,
despite checking "save original settings", it doesn't.
