Translator update

A lot of people were asking for a version
of the Euphoria to C translator that works with
free DOS/WIN compilers other than WATCOM.

I can now report that I've got most of DOS32
working with DJGPP (GNU C for 32-bit DOS).
You can translate/compile and run programs that
don't use pixel graphics, the mouse, or DOS interrupts.
Just about everything else is working.
For instance ed.ex, built with DJGPP, is running fine.
I'll keep working with DJGPP for a few more days before
releasing something. After that I'll try to get something working
using LccWin for WIN32. Later I'll go back to DJGPP and
try to support the remaining features. The remaining stuff
all looks very feasible, but I'd rather do it after something is
working for WIN32.

When I upload these translator releases I'll also
provide links on my page to the minimum set of files
that you need to download for a basic installation
of DJGPP and LCCWIN.
