IDE slower [ATTN. CoJaBo]

 I am trying to take your advice.
 I am on the Euphoria to C traslator page,
 First it says "Knowledge of C is not required."
 Then it lists 5 downloads ,2 for dos and 3 for windows.
  
Labeled:
  1.)Dos for DJGPP
  2.)Dos for WATCOM
  3.)Windows for Borland
  4.)Windows for LccWin
  5.)Windows for WATCOM

I don't have a clue as to what they are taking about.

I am writing programs in both Dos and Windows.

Which file should I download?
