On my home machine, there's an added twist: the menu item "Manage 
include statement" causes the expected windiw to open. Clicking anywhere 
on the window causes 8 message boxes reporting a page fault caused by 
EXW in kernel32.dll. IDE closes down gracefully then.

Same IDE/w32 under Win98SE.
