gif loader (another)

I appoligise if you get two copies of this but I don't think my e-mail
program actually
sent the attachment so I'm sending it again

Attached is an alternative gif loader to Michael Bolin's, I haven't done
any comparison tests for speed but it should use less memory to decompress
files as it reads the files a max of 256 bytes at a time, it also returns
data about the image.

its in a zip file uue encoded
