gif loader (another)

Attached is an alternative gif loader to Michael Bolin's, I haven't done any comparison tests for speed but it should use less memory to decompress files as it reads the files a max of 256 bytes at a time, it also returns data about the image. its in a zip file uue encoded Mike Carroll
