English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portugese, Swiss, Nairobi, Swahili,
Dutch, Welsh, etc.. Once you computer can understand one of those, it can be
programmed in those natural languages. Pascal, C, Eu, Tcl, Lisp, etc are
computer langauges, they are not natural to humans. Some languages, like
REBOL, are trying to get to the point of natural language, but they fall far
short, with the defined words possibly changing meaning without you wanting
or knowing it happened. These 4th generation languages tend to run a little
slow too.
