Now that I'm a fully paid up member of the Euphoria community (yes folks, I
finally registered), I can start releasing executables into the world again.

To test this, I've taken the unprecedented step (!) of releasing a new
version of EE:CS a few weeks after the last one. Compiled this time.

To justify the new release, I've fixed a few more bugs, and added a new
feature to the F9 key.

I'll post it to RDS as soon as I'm done with this message...
