OFFTOPIC: Netscape 4.71 error
Hi all and thanks if you're reading this.
When I run Netscape Communicator 4.71 and add a
bookmark, a dialog comes up and says that bookmarks
have changed on disk and asks me if I want to reload
them with the option of OK or CANCEL. If I click OK,
my bookmarks go back to how they were before the
change, clicking CANCEL leaves them alone. ALso, if I
don't add/remove any bookmarks (which I don't have
any), when I exit Netscape, I get the dialog which
says, "Bookmarks have changed on disk and are being
reloaded." That gives me the option of OK, and if I
click it, the bookmarks stay "as is." I've tried
deleting BOOKMARK.HTM in my profile's directory, but
that just gave me a blank one with the same problems
of adding stuff as before.
WHY IS COMMUNICATOR DOING THIS TO ME ???
