If you have less than 16MB of VideoRAM, you probably should use software 
memory mode..

To use software mode, call CFG_VIDEO_MODE. There's also a Memory param 
in the CREATE3D_DEVICE routine. As well, bitmaps and 3D Textures have 
params for memory mode..
