rforno: (assuming Spanish Windows) For the Windows Explorer: -> Ver -> Opciones de Carpeta -> Ver -> - check: Mostrar todos los archivos (show all files) - uncheck: Ocultar extensiones para los tipos de archivos conocidos (hide known file extensions) This should tell Internet Explorer (and Outlook Express, and any other program that relies on Windows standards) to show the full file name. This 'hide extensions' is the most dangerous trick MS has pulled on Win users, and is still the default (just bought WinMe, no change from '98). Shows 'clickonme.jpg.vbs' as 'clickonme.jpg'. That's one of the reasons I never use WinExplorer. Take a look at www.ghisler.com.
