Well, that's what Mr. Mallia writes. Although I'm not an security expert,
it looks to me, that in this strict sense, it doesn't seem to be right.
For instance, if you are receiving an e-mail with the eicar anti-virus
test file attached, this is a test for *any* anti-virus program
<http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm>.

I know another e-mail-check URL. It's from a respected IT journal, but
