I downloaded and installed Lcc on October 30.
I'll try it again in a couple of days.
Thanks for the fixes. 
I have a couple of other important Lcc bugs that I'll submit
if they haven't already been fixed.
I'd like to keep the Lcc -O flag as a default in emake.bat.
