Doc files: html tables vs. CSS

The Eu docs use nested <table> alot. It knackers wordwrap good and proper, eg http://www.rapideuphoria.com/database.htm refuses to wordwrap left of "Those" (ymmv). It is not just that file, it is endemic throughout, for example http://www.rapideuphoria.com/lib_a_b.htm will not wordwrap left of "pretty_print(1, " (for me, anyway). In a web browser, this may be a fairly rare issue, but in a compiled .chm file it is plain awful. Hence my question is can anyone/how difficult would it be to convert the Eu docs from <table> to CSS.
