A chatroom does not have to be hosted on an individual server. The
channel is maintained on the IRC server.

The only thing that needs to be hosted is a webpage to support the
channel.

The webpage should include:

a java chat client, so users aren't required to download a program,
to be able to chat in the channel.

instructions on how to use the channel, and conduct

instructions on how to connect to the chatroom using an IRC client

links to different IRC clients that can be downloaded

Anything I'm missing?

Chris
