The channel is maintained on the IRC server. The only thing that needs to be hosted is a webpage to support the channel. The webpage should include: a java chat client, so users aren't required to download a program, to be able to chat in the channel. instructions on how to use the channel, and conduct instructions on how to connect to the chatroom using an IRC client links to different IRC clients that can be downloaded Anything I'm missing?
