I commend Igor on his initiative to create a Russian version of Euphoria, the only problem I can see with this is that any programs written using the Russian Keywords would need the interpreter with the Russian Keywords built into it to run, this would eliminate being able to widly distribute a program, where if it was written using the English Keywords built into, it then anyone that has the official Euphoria could run the program and make changes to it as needed. I have several programs that are written with the variable and function and procedure names being in a different language that I know nothing about, but since the Keywords are still in Euphorias native language, I can determine what the program does with little effort. A lanugage specific version of Euphoria is a great tool for someone new to learn to program with, but eventually they are going to run into programs and libraries that do not use their language for the Keywords. I take it that Igor mentioned that both the Russian Keywords and English Keywords would work in that version of Euphoria, that might make the switch easier on someone from Russian to English, if they can learn the difference(s).
