Jason,

Sometimes you can drop to DOS and change the name that way without getting
the sharing violation, other times it gives it to you there also, you may
try to do it from DOS.  Also, maybe looking in the processes under tha
Task Manager to see if there is some process running that uses Euphoria, that
somehow did not get completely killed.
