Hi Ken, The best resource I have found was the Halloween 9 Document, titled: "It Ain't Necessarily SCO" at http://www.opensource.org/halloween/halloween9.html There is no doubt that the SCO won't win the court case ... but they might win a percentage of the "FUD" campaign. I'm a big fan of Open Source and if you have time you might like to read the books: * The Cathedral and the Bazaar * Free as in Freedom * OpenSources: Voices from the Open Source Revolution freely available from: http://www.oreilly.com/openbook/ I very much enjoyed reading all of these books, found them very informative and very thought provoking.
