Oh, Matt, I am pretty darn green - but not THAT green!!  Mind you, if there
is some way it can be executed in error, it could cause it. But if it was the
sticky-key feature, pressing control again would clear it. 
Since it doesn't
occur with the IDE WinLib it has to be a feature (IBM-speak) of the latest
WinLib.
