You can call this from Euphoria via a system() call.

However I think it will only work for URL's which are static in nature
(HTML pages, gifs, exes, jpegs etc).  The getright utility Tone has
mentioned may be a better utility for this but you might want to experiment.

I like graburl because it is simple, is free, runs consistently on a
variety of Windows implementations and is callable from Euphoria.
