Handy web launcher

Puts a transparent panel (if you are using compiz or similar) on screen that gives quick access to your favorite websites without having to run a web browser in the background all the time. Edit the list to add as many as you want.
This is the first version, future version will have icons for the links, and a way to add or delete links without exiting the source code and re-running.
