WEE Request: Switching Tabs

I'd like to be able to use Ctrl+Page Up and Ctrl+Page Down to switch currently open/available Tabs (for example usage, see Google Chrome or any other editor on the planet*). Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift-Tab also work, but I like the PgUp and PgDwn option better.
