On WEE: Running from Directory of Current File

I also have this problem with Notepad++ but not Geany:
When I press 'F5' to run my current file, can it automatically run it from that file's directory, instead of the "current one?" I only ask, because I get an error about how it can't find an include file. When I run the same file from the commandline or double-click it in Windows, it runs fine.
Or is there something I need to do that I've missed to make this work properly?
