No, you released it after fixing a couple fatal flaws i found in the October 2012 release, regarding memory leaks and DDLs, loading and UNloading DLLs, and the repeat() bug.

Actually, the loading/unloading shared objects fix appears to be a 4.1.0 only update. http://scm.openeuphoria.org/hg/euphoria/file/bdf33aa3d941/docs/release/4.1.0.txt
