Wow, v4.0.5 from Oct 19, 2012?? That IS ancient. I am using a v4.0.5 from February 11, 2013. Shame there's been no releases since, or that the download page is still issuing a release 4 months OLDER than the one i am using.

I don't know what you're talking about. October was when 4.0.5 was released (so say the downloads page and the news on the front page). Did you re-build it in February or something?

FYI, 4.0b4 was released 8/29/2010.

Matt

No, you released it after fixing a couple fatal flaws i found in the October 2012 release, regarding memory leaks and DDLs, loading and UNloading DLLs, and the repeat() bug.

Looking at the tags, 4.0.5 was released on October 2012. http://scm.openeuphoria.org/hg/euphoria/rev/362497032f33 There have been no further releases (or re-releases) since then for the 4.0 line. http://scm.openeuphoria.org/hg/euphoria/tags

The fixes you describe were indeed done by Feb of 2013, however they won't be in a released version until 4.0.6 is released. http://scm.openeuphoria.org/hg/euphoria/rev/6bae389f572c?revcount=240 http://scm.openeuphoria.org/hg/euphoria/rev/dd834258410e?revcount=240

They are also being documented in the release notes for 4.0.6 (rather than 4.0.5). http://scm.openeuphoria.org/hg/euphoria/file/e79275ac5d37/docs/release/4.0.6.txt

The version you are running is technically a pre-alpha 4.0.6 - but it's so pre-alpha that it reports an incorrect version number!
