EU 4.05 broke my older version

I need help to figure out what happened. I downloaded EU 4.05 and installed it to a new directory EUPHORIA4. It however broke my earlier version and I get the following message. I had asked much earlier if I could do this and was told I could, but apparently one cannot. Can someone help me to get back my old version? I also notice that all the old EU icons in the bin directory have also changed.
I use win32lib.ew 0.59.1 which is were the below message is complaining.
