There are a few really popular apps that are GTK based that run on Windows and Linux. Some on the new port to OS X as well. Pidgin, for example. Euphoria is a cross platform language and you will be severly limiting EuGTK's potential if you make it a single platform library. Now, for sure, if you don't have the development platform, desire or time, skip it but if you want EuGTK to really succeed, seek someone out who does have the platform, desire and time to help make and keep EuGTK cross-platform.
