I compile a new version from svn about every week or when I think about it.

So far, there has been only one real "bug", and that seemingly has to do with how floating point numbers are passed to C routines. Using the precompiled 'eubins' I sometimes encounter this problem, but compiling on my own machine fixes it. So it's not really a problem with Eu4 itself.

I'd say the quality of 4.x is, and always has been, better than beta.
