Hi
You may have gathered, we're not like 'other' programming languages.
I would strongly advise you to use eu 4 - there are so many advantages, and it is very stable (I use it myself in my work vet database).
However, in order to judge you worthy, you must find and install it all by yourself. b0, b1 etc are only clues on your path to enlightenment, or euphoria!
Seriously though, and this should be better explained
- install from the installer http://sourceforge.net/projects/rapideuphoria/files/Rapid%20Euphoria/4.0b3/euphoria-40b3-ow.exe/download (this includes open watcom)
- optionally, update your euphoria installation from
http://rapideuphoria.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/rapideuphoria/trunk/
http://jeremy.cowgar.com/eubins/windows/
The sourceforge site does not contain compiled binaries, whereas the eubins site does
The eubins site is updated on an ad hoc basis. I suggest you bookmark these in order to 'keep up to speed'
The windows eubins contain an entire basic eu tree, wheras the linux eubins only contained the compile euphoria executables.
Then, for windows get the latest win32 lib
http://win32libex.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/win32libex/trunk/?sortby=date
and for the sake of simplicity and speed then get a compiled IDE (Integrated Development Elephant)
http://www.rapideuphoria.com/euide%200.22.0.exe
Your challenge awaits (and a lot of helpful people here too)
Cheers
Chris
PS, there are some deliberate mistakes.
