Euphoria- What is the latest stable version ?

Good morning to all.
On other pages in open-source, administrators offer their work for downloads with basic warnings
"Latest development release"
"Latest stable release"
"Latest release unstable"
On the download page Euphoria Open only have versions b0, b1, b2, b3 and 311
I think the letter "b" means "beta" and "beta" means, for most people, that is not ready.
This is right?
The only stable version Euphoria, remains Eu311?
Which version are you using in your work?
