Don,
Can you please paste here what the exact command line (and path) is that you are using when this error happens?
For instance, does:
F:\euphoria40\demo> eui animal.ex
Does that work?
Then, I would like if you would try this:
F:\euphoria40\demo> SET EUINC=F:\euphoria40\include F:\euphoria40\demo> eui -version F:\euphoria40\demo> eui animal.ex
Please let me know what happens with those commands.
