Oh, 4.0 has a urlencode() function that is the counterpart to the decode function in the cgi.e. BTW... I think we need to make a urldecode() function and put it in std euphoria as well.

Well, I'm using 2.4 so I had to work on your decode, but not much. Neat routine.
