I think (I'm not really sure) that you need to replace the "http" with something like "file" to do what you want, in:
shellExecute( "open", "http://www.rapideuphoria.com", Default )
Also, you could leave out the mouse pointer re-definition, as it appears to be intended by the original author to be an insult to RDS.
And for one reason or another, your post, as viewed by threads, is messed up, in that it doesn't show the "reply" buttons; they are only showing up in "subject" view. (I mention this in case others want to reply and can't because the buttons aren't there; probably NOT your fault).
