New ed.ex, and BASIC emulator

Hello everyone!  I'm creating a better version of ed.ex, that includes mouse
support.  Not only that, but I plan on making it in such a way as to allow
"plug-ins".

I'm also creating a BASIC emulator in Euphoria, just to see how much I really
know about it.  Just to let you know.
