1. Plain Text E-Mail

I keep seeing =3DOD in my e-mails=0D
I assume this is an ascii 13 or carriage return. I am using Incredimail
with Plain Text.=0D
How do I get rid of those things. If it annoys me it must really bother a=

I don't know Incredimail, I use Agent. The settings which seem to
affect this I find under general preferences, language, email text,
which has the options 7/8 bit, quoted printable, and base 64. It works
best for me with quoted printable selected. However, I suspect the
problem is caused when your ISP or Topica converts between one email
protocol and another, so what works best for me won't necessarily be
the same for you, but one of them should work better than the other.

I don't know where you might find a similar setting in Incredimail.

WARNING: make sure you write down everything that you do, what it is
you are changing, the previous setting and the new, so you can put
things back the way there were if it ends up worse or stops working
completely.

Check the character set your email client is using. In your email headers you
have ...

  Content-type: text/plain

whereas other emails have ...

  Content-type: text/plain; charset=Windows-1252

This character set is also know as "Western European (Windows)"

I changed it to Western European (Windows) as you=0D
suggested. Let's see if that does it. Thanks=0D

5. Re: Plain Text E-Mail

Ron, just delete all non-pure-latin
letters from your output message
and Topica will be very kind and good.

See below, I have deleted Russian letters
and replaced them with RRRRR letters
befor sending my message.

M$ understands well only itself.
