The settings which seem to affect this I find under general preferences, language, email text, which has the options 7/8 bit, quoted printable, and base 64. It works best for me with quoted printable selected. However, I suspect the problem is caused when your ISP or Topica converts between one email protocol and another, so what works best for me won't necessarily be the same for you, but one of them should work better than the other. I don't know where you might find a similar setting in Incredimail. WARNING: make sure you write down everything that you do, what it is you are changing, the previous setting and the new, so you can put things back the way there were if it ends up worse or stops working completely.
