In win32lib.ew, it includes compat01.e when it should be compat01.ew. That's an easy fix. There's nothing wrong with win32lib_full. ------=_NextPart_000_0001_01C1D73A.5C7326D0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit <html> <head> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=us-ascii"> <meta name=Generator content="Microsoft Word 10 (filtered)"> <style> <!-- /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {margin:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink {color:blue; text-decoration:underline;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed {color:#606420; text-decoration:underline;} span.EmailStyle17 {font-family:Arial; color:windowtext;} @page Section1 {size:8.5in 11.0in; margin:1.0in 1.25in 1.0in 1.25in;} div.Section1 {page:Section1;} --> </style> </head> <body lang=EN-US link=blue vlink="#606420"> <div class=Section1> <p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial'>Derek, </span></font></p> <p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial'>There’s just one quick thing to fix. 2. Win32Lib Error

I have developed (developing) an accounting program. I am currently using win32lib 0.55.1 (I have tried v0.57.9, but there are just too many bugs to make a stable program). But every once in a while I get a win32lib.ew:10146 in function fDOLVN_GETDISPINFO() subscript 4 is out of bounds, reading from a sequence of length 3. This does not happen all of the time, but it does happen enough to make it a problem. I wonder if there is a resource leak I have not taken care of (how do you find one to begin with). Where do I begin to look for the problem?

I have noticed that sometimes when running programs that use win32lib I get and Win32Lib Error that says: SetScrollPos in setScrollPos failed. I know that it happens EVERY TIME I click to scroll the horizontal scroll bar on the right in EX15. I also have this happen with exw's created with Vw32lib4, which by the way is a nifty program, and I am looking forward to seeing the completed program. BTW Stephen Spencer to encourage more developement on the Visual Win32Lib I have donated an addition .25 on the Econo. on RDS's Web Site. Later, + + + Rev. For now, just comment out the error check. I'm working on a solution, but its's more complex than it initially looked. There are some weird side effects to calling setScrollRange() before all the controls are defined. -- David Cuny
