Win32Lib Error

I have developed (developing) an accounting program. I am currently using
win32lib 0.55.1 (I have tried v0.57.9, but there are just too many bugs to
make a stable program).
But every once in a while I get a win32lib.ew:10146 in function
fDOLVN_GETDISPINFO() subscript 4 is out of bounds, reading from a sequence
of length 3.
This does not happen all of the time, but it does happen enough to make it a
problem. I wonder if there is a resource leak I have not taken care of (how
do you find one to begin with).
Where do I begin to look for the problem?
