I believe you can do it with the HawkNL library that I wrapped. You would
need to use the NL_UDP_BROADCAST socket type (or NL_BROADCAST in the old
version). Unfortunately, the version on the RDS site is quite old. I am
testing a new version if you wish to try it out.

Ok, I guess this is a good enough reason to post
my first message in sevral weeks...
I would like to see a new version of HawkNL,
when using the current version in CJBN I encountered
some of the following problems:
currupt data being sent
data never being recieved
not fast enough
etc...
