Hello I'm not sure that you would want it. Some of the code broke when I went to EU 2.1, I'm still investigating why. Something you might consider is that OpenGL/Mesa can can support hardware acceleration including 3dfx. Unfortuately 3dfx does not do translations it basically takes care of depth sorting, textures and special fx like fog. The wrapper I wrote was for the glide2x.dll which is for the Voodoo chipset, not Voodoo II. I'm not sure if it will work with Voodoo II, but it might if I change it to glide3x.dll (which I think is the dll for Voodoo II). If you want it I'll post the code in a couple of days, after I clean up the code.
