Hi! I'm glad to announce that a playable beta for our FOURTH Euphoria arcade game, StarKiller is now available on our Euphoria Page. It's pretty cool so far. Expected release date is next week sometime. About StarKiller An evil enemy from another galaxy wants to stripmine our Solar System! Their plan: sneak into our Solar System posing as harmless Venusians and bomb our sun with Gravity Destabilizers. Only you can stop them! You have to maneuver your fast ship and destroy the starkillers, then pick up the Destabilizer Cubes before they fall into the sun! if 10 Destabilizers fall into the sun it will explode and kill the whole solar system. BEWARE: You need to navigate your ship in the sun's gravity, this is tricky enough, but whenever a Destabilizer Cube falls into the sun or you shoot one, it causes great gravity waves all around the sun causing everything in orbit to fly away from the sun suddenly. Keep your finger on the Hyperspace key! You get 1000 points for each Cube you pick up and lose 50 for each that you destroy (they pollute space) or that you let fall into the sun. We just finished our FOURTH Euphoria Shareware game, StarKiller! Download it and play it today! http://exo.com/~lgp/euphoria The marketing site runs about a week behind development, so you can always find the latest versions of our software at on our Euphoria site. We *NEED* playtesters! We're producing about a game per month and need people to play them hard and give us feedback. If you have at least an hour a night you can devote to playing games and WILL SEND US BUG REPORTS, send me e-mail. Playtesting is not a game, and it usually isn't fun after the second thousand times you play something. The more people hammering on our games means more time I have to do other things like writing Crash Course Lessons. (no I haven't forgot, just busy.) Other news, It looks like a few of our games will be featured in a shareware magazine in Spain and included on an attached CD-Rom. They said they have a circulation of around 25,000. Pretty cool, especially if I can get a blurb in on Euphoria. If I have ANY input at all, I'll try and get it in.
