1. New manual online

Many updates, see hg:euphoria/rev/33c73018ab4b for details. However, the main thing that has change for all of us is that the manual now contains static locations. i.e. no more eu400_0121.html type files. This was problematic when referencing the manual from outside sources. Instead, you will now see files such as std_regex.html, welcome.html, eutest.html, etc... Further, you can use the new man: inter-wiki link to reference the manual, for example:
Oh, also due to the static links the right menu Quick Links in the docs are now correct and will remain so. Rambling on, there is also now a link to Index in the main navigation bar.
