I had to reinstall Euphoria 3.1 on WindowsXp; but now, how do I make file associations work?
I have been limping along with WIndows 'SendTo'.
Also, EnvVariables:
euinc c:\euphoria\win32lib\include
eudir c:\euphoria
EDPATH C:\Euphoria\wxEuphoria\WATCOM\EDDAT
Should I include one for wxEuphoria ?
Thanks!

Hello Vmars,
Welcome to the wonderful world of Euphoria
For your emvironmentaL VARIABLES should read
PATH = c:\euphoria\bin
EUDIR = c:\euphoria
EUINC = whereever you put eu/win32lib.exw (actually you can forget about that right now)
EDPATH is for Watcom forget about that right now.
File extention will take care of them selves in you editor. I use Edita (downloadable in the archives).
You can use ed.exe that comes with euphoria.
I'm not exactly sure what you question is.
Look at the manual tab on the first page of thids forum.
Feel free to ask any more questions. I know it hard getting started: easy if you know how to
do it.

I know I mis-spelled some words in my last reply.
Save yourself a lot of trouble download,
This is the second question you've had having more to do with the Editor than Euphoria itself.

I assume you speak of running the programs that are created. Granted this same process can be used for files you merely wish to edit. Such as include files. .e, .ew, .exw
Use right click, Open with... and make sure the check box of Always use this program is checked. The installer usually handles the associations for you.

The OPEN with list doesn't mention " exwc.exe " as an option.
Anyone know where in the Windows registry this program list resides? Thanks!

The Pete Lomax links are dead. I don't know why.
The Don Cole links are the same as the Pete Lomax links except they work.
