How to make file associations for Euphoria file .e , .exw , .ecw , etc...

I had to reinstall Euphoria 3.1 on WindowsXp; but now, how do I make file associations work?

I have been limping along with WIndows 'SendTo'.

Also, EnvVariables:

euinc c:\euphoria\win32lib\include

eudir c:\euphoria

EDPATH C:\Euphoria\wxEuphoria\WATCOM\EDDAT

Should I include one for wxEuphoria ?
