If you are upgrading to SVN rev 4496 and are currently running < 4493, you'll need to SVN up in two parts. I recommend:
svn up -r 4495 build/compile/install
Once you have 4495 installed, you can use it to build 4496.
svn up build/compile/install
This is only an issue for those keeping up with the SVN builds on their own.

I'm updating eubins manually right now to make sure this hurdle doesn't hold up the nightly builds.
Thanks for letting me know, I might not have known to fix eubins otherwise.
