could not create ex.err error

Hi Euphorians, A need some help... What can cause an error like "could not create ex.err " ? I write a program that runs every ten minutes in a laptop and upload or download a file. It works ok but some times crashes with this message that helps not so much... thanks for any idea. Rubens
